Cancellation Policy
STUDIO REFUND, CANCELLATION, & LATE POLICY At our studio, we provide highly individualized, specialized care and movement instruction. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we strictly enforce the following policies to maintain the highest quality of service for all clients and patients. 1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL All purchases—including initial evaluations, private sessions, semi-private sessions, class packages, recurring monthly memberships, and gift certificates—are non-refundable. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be issued for any unused services, partial months, or completed sessions. 2. ROBUST CANCELLATION WINDOW We require a strict 24-hour advance notice for any scheduling changes or cancellations. • Early Cancellations: If you cancel your session more than 24 hours in advance, the class or appointment credit will be returned to your account for future use within its original expiration timeline. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or missed appointments without notice, will result in the immediate forfeiture of that session credit. For unlimited membership holders, a late-cancellation fee of $20 will be automatically charged to the card on file.
